Program Registration

Leading From Within is a transformational program designed to help participants achieve optimal performance as leaders in both their personal and professional lives. Through a series of self-reflection experiences, personal sharing, and experiential activities, participants will walk away from this workshop with a renewed sense of purpose, passion, and motivation to be the leader they were meant to be.

By participating in the Leading From Within workshop, you will:

• Gain a whole new self-awareness regarding your ability to lead your life 
• Experience the power of an unconditional support team 
• Develop the ability to integrate your authentic self into all facets of your life
• Get to experience the beauty of the Colorado mountains and North Fork Ranch
• Replace unwanted patterns of your past and re-create new patterns to live and lead by
• Create a personalized vision, purpose, and balanced scorecard that will guide you to optimal performance in both your personal and professional worlds

* The $1045.00 is the price for the workshop, all materials (including a hiking stick) and gratuity. You are responsible for your lodging and meals which is $195/night. You have the option of coming in the night before the workshop (Tuesday, Sept. 14th) and join us for dinner or come in on Wednesday, Sept. 15th by 9am. Either way, you do need to stay at North Fork Ranch on the evening of Sept. 15th and 16th. You can coordinate your rooming at the ranch through Greg Giesen (303-346-0183), ggiesen@leadingfromwithin.net.

Just Enough Coaching:

Just Enough coaching consists of:

• Three, 30-minute coaching sessions with Greg Giesen (other Life Coaches are available as well).
• The three coaching sessions can occur either on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Sessions are by phone or via Skype on the internet. Skype is the preferred method (particularly with a webcam). For more information on Skype, go to http://www.skype.com/.

 • The three sessions would begin with an Introductory session, complete with self-assessment pre-work.

• Upon completion of the third session, a second round of three-sessions can be scheduled if desired.
• Expect a homework assignment after each session.
• Cost of the Just Enough coaching program is $450.00.

Full Scale Coaching

Full Scale Coaching consist of:

• Six, 50-minute coaching sessions with Greg Giesen (other Life Coaches are available as well).
• The six coaching sessions are bi-weekly (every other week) and span over three months.
• Sessions are by phone or via Skype on the internet. Skype is the preferred method (particularly with a webcam). For more information on Skype, go to http://www.skype.com/.

 • The six sessions would begin with an Introductory session, complete with self-assessment pre-work, and include a True Colors personality assessment.

• Expect a homework assignment after each session.
• Cost of the Full Scale coaching program: $1,500.00
